a. To follow up developments and amendments to the international accounting and auditing standards and its related guidance and interpretations, and prepare required studies to present it to the competent committees
b. To monitor the application of international standards in the Kingdom, prepare studies to identify any deficiencies or issues, and make recommendations to enhance the application and improve the existing international standards.
c. To consider the inquiries sent to SOCPA and reply to them.
d. To provide application guidance on international standards.
e. To prepare training materials, and organize training courses and discussion workshops regarding accounting and auditing issues.
a. - Not less than five years of proven experience in international standards, especially recent pronouncements such as IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, and IFRS 17.
b. - Ability to prepare reports and studies related to accounting and auditing.
a. - Bachelor of Accountancy.
b. - International fellowship in Accountancy.
